School's Out Programs
Beyond the Bell (BTB) is an afterschool activities club for middle school students looking for a safe environment to do their homework, hang out with friends, and enjoy structured activities. Students can become a member at their school and enjoy special benefits and events exclusive to club members. The afternoon will begin with a snack and homework time. Remaining time will consist of recreational activities in the cafeteria, gymnasium, or classroom.
This Program is ongoing throughout the school year and students can enroll for one week or all weeks for the school they attend. Fees are not prorated on short weeks or in the case of inclement weather events. Fees are due the Friday before the following week.
Register online or print a Registration Packet to register in person at the Department of Recreation, Parks & Tourism (Port Tobacco) or a Community Center near you. A one time enrollment fee of $25 per school year is required. All students must adhere to all program policies and procedures.

Schools Out Drop-In Days
Elite Gymnastics and Recreation Center offers a daily drop-in program when the kids (ages 5-14) are off school. Daily activities include gymnastics instruction, arts and crafts, organized games and other special projects. Each participant must bring a bag lunch, drink, and snack daily.
