Taught by William Blake - students learn the basic principles and health benefits of martial arts. Topics to be covered include kicks, punches, blocks, forms, tumbling, falls, breathing, history, and self-defense. This will help each individual’s physical fitness by enhancing his or her flexibility, balance, stamina, and self-confidence. At the end of the course, students will be able to test for a belt. Equipment fee collected at first class.
